Capital Quarter, located in Cardiff, Wales is a student accommodation development by Vinci Construction around Autumn/Winter 2016. Located near Cardiff City Center, the development offers student accommodation within walking distance of most amenities and their University Campuses.

APiC was contacted by Vinci to ask for help finishing a contract for the windows and doors, as their last contractor went into administration and could not complete the project. APiC Assessed the progress the previous contractor had made, and rescued the project, enabling it to finish successfully and on time.
