APiC Secures Glazing Package for ERF Facility in Kelvin Way


The APiC team is celebrating a triumphant few weeks with the confirmation of several new significant job contracts. Among these contracts, one notably stands out—the glazing package for the new Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) in Kelvin Way, West Bromwich.


Set to span over 10,000 square meters, the ERF facility in Kelvin Way is poised to revolutionise waste management by converting a staggering 400,000 tonnes of waste into electricity annually, effectively powering 70,000 homes. This ambitious project represents a pivotal step towards sustainability and renewable energy in the region.

The team will be tasked with installing 750 square meters of high-efficiency aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling—an integral component of the ERF's infrastructure.
