Contract: Zurich Assurance LTD offices, Swindon

Products: Kawneer 110 Curtain Walling, Kawneer 190TB Doors

This new-build office development, for Zurich Assurance LTD, was a challenging programme, targeting a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ on completion (BREEAM 2018). To comply with Zurich’s environmental policy, techniques were used to minimise the amount of waste produced during construction and throughout the overall building’s life cycle.

For this project, we used Kawneer Curtain Walling and Doors, along with vertical and horizontal caps.
